Bankruptcy Law
Timothy R. Trichler, B.B.A., M.B.A., J.D earned his Bachelors degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. He also earned a Masters Degree in Business from WMU. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Law in Lansing, Michigan. He was a college professor for several years before committing all his efforts to practicing law in 1988. In 1997, he purchased the office building located at 511 Baldwin St., in Jenison. He then expanded the offices to Cadillac, Michigan.
Mr. Trichler believes in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He has completed the additional training and experience to be a SCAO approved court mediator for both domestic and civil cases. He also serves as an arbitrator for divorce and civil cases in West Michigan.
